Date of issuance: March 30, 2011 Between November 5^th and November 21, 2010, both dates inclusive, KLM Aviation, Inc. operated an air service between Jacksonville, Florida, USA and Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and, between Windsor Locks, Connecticut, USA and Montréal, Quebec, Canada using a Cessna Citation V type aircraft, bearing registration N24HX, to transport passengers, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10. Worldwide Jet Charters, LLC	Date of issuance: January 13, 2011 Violation of section 103.3 of the Air Transportation Regulations (ATR) by operating a publicly available air service in Canada, between July 26 and August 29, 2010, using aircrafts bearing registrations N848GF and N898AW, between Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA, and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, without notifying the Canadian Transportation Agency prior to commencement of the charter flights. Club Cesar	Date of issuance: December 2, 2010 Between July 30, 2010 and September 17, 2010, both dates inclusive. Club César (1993) Inc. operated an air service between Mont-Laurier, Qc. Lac César, QC. Lac en V, Qc., and Lac Gilberte, Qc., using a Cessna A185E Skywagon 185 aircraft bearing registration C-GFGK, to transport passengers without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, and without holding a Canadian aviation document issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10. Date of issuance: November 24, 2010 On or about August 17, 2010, Air Taxi, Inc. operated an air service between St. Maarten, VI, and Montreal, Quebec, Canada, using a Hawker 700 aircraft bearing registration N111ZS, to transport passengers, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10. North Flying A/S	Date of issuance: November 12, 2010 Between November 15, 2009 and April 10^th 2010, both dates inclusive, North Flying A/S operated an air service between Happy Valley - Goose Bay, Labrador Canada (CYYR) and Keflavik, Iceland (BIKF) using a Cessna 650 Citation 3 aircraft bearing registration OY-JPJ, and a Learjet 35A aircraft bearing registration OY-CCJ to transport passengers, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10., and, without holding a Canadian aviation document issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10. On or about May 8, 2010, North Flying A/S operated an air service between Happy Valley - Goose Bay, Labrador Canada (CYYR) and Kangerlussuaq, Greenland (BGSF) using a Learjet 35A aircraft bearing registration OY-CCJ, to transport passengers, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10. Scott Aviation, LLC	Date of issuance: November 10, 2010 On or about January 21, 2010, Scott Aviation, LLC operated an air service between Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Edmonton, Alberta, Canada using a Cessna Citation C525 aircraft bearing registration N801PJ, to transport passengers, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10. On or about January 22, 2010, Scott Aviation, LLC operated an air service between Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada using a Cessna Citation C525 aircraft bearing registration N801PJ, to transport passengers, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10. Jet Select, LLC.	Date of issuance: November 10, 2010 Violation of section 103.3 of the Air Transportation Regulations (ATR) by operating a publicly available air service in Canada, between July 9 and 14, 2010, using an aircraft bearing registration N881TW, between Port Columbus, USA and Montréal, Quebec, and Toronto, Ontario, Canada; and again between October 15 and 29, 2010, using an aircraft bearing registration N895CC, between Scottsdale and Sandpoint, USA and Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on several occasions, without notifying the Canadian Transportation Agency prior to commencement of the charter flights. Icelandair ehf	Date of issuance: October 1, 2010 Icelandair ehf has violated section 59 of the Canada Transportation Act in that Icelandair was offering for sale on its website and through the computer reservation system, air services beyond October 31, 2010 for which Icelandair does not hold a Canadian Transportation Agency licence. Geary's Sportsman's Lodge ltd./Manitoba Outposts Inc.	Date of issuance: September 10, 2010 On or about May 28, 2010, Geary's Sportsman's Lodge Ltd. operated an air service T from Geary's water base at or near Balmertown, Ontario, using a private aircraft bearing registration C-GWEY, to transport goods, without holding a licence issued in respect of that service, and thereby violatingthereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10. Maine Aviation Aircraft Charter, LLC (Maine Aviation)	Date of issuance: August 4, 2010 Maine Aviation has violated section 103.3 of the Air Transportation Regulations (ATR) by operating a publicly available air service in Canada, during the period of July 13, 2010 to July 29, 2010, using a Challenger CL600, between Cleveland, Ohio, USA and Calgary, Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Toronto, Ontario, Regina, Saskatchewan and Chicago, Illinois, USA without notifying the Canadian Transportation Agency (Agency) prior to commencement of the charter flights. Woodward Group of Companies	Date of issuance: August 3, 2010 Violation of sections 8, 9 and 11 of the Personnel Training for the Assistance of Persons with Disabilities Regulations (PTR) in that on or about June 24, 2010, at or near St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, Woodward Group of Companies did not maintain training records or did not have a training program available for inspection. PrimeJet	Date of Issuance: May 5, 2010 Between June 27, 2009 and October 14, 2009, Prime Jet LLC. operated an air service between several destinations, into or out of Canada, using several different aircrafts, to transport passengers without holding a licence in respect of that service, thereby violating paragraph 57(a) of the Canada Transportation Act (CTA), S.C., 1996, c. 10.
